Yep that is what i read in the manual page 4-24 ,They share the bandwidth.

I just ordered a DFI x38-T2R MB and Intel e7200 processor to mess with in a backup rig. And selling my MSI K9A2 Platinum MB and AMD 6000+ CPU.
