I think I opened the 8621 Port, but PortForward Network Utilities still shows "Your port is NOT Open...". Below one photo, and I think I did everything okay. UPnP Enabled. Any help appreciated.

I did that, but I don't care: I post comments in some news sites and it still shows my IP, and I can't do nothing. If I want to play games, I can do that with VPN or other thing.

Is your service running?

This is for program Ace Stream, and I don't know whether I opened port successfully. I tried to test, but as you can see, I have to use other tool or something.

I believe you put the wrong IP address in the router. It says 192.168.0.1, but it should be 192.168.0.102.

This is right.

A service also has to be running on the port for it to be visible to the port checker.

I'm no so huge noob, as you think. I tried 192.168.0.102 and default gateway: 192.168.0.1 (but I thought this is not good, anyway). Same result.

This is right.

A service also has to be running on the port for it to be visible to the port checker.

If Ace Stream is running, Port Checker says "Could not test port because some application has that port locked." So I changed IP to 192.168.0.102 and I know if now Ace Stream will work properly.
