Overclocked PC wont boot up after stand-by

Yea, that pretty much says it all. My 4400 is @ 2.6 (260 x 10) and it wont boot up after putting it on stand by mode. any ideas?

win xp
1 gig ddr400
250gig WD sata II

Check Bios settings for ACPI settings. ACPI should be enabled and set to S-3.

one more thing : mobo= abit AT8

nvm, i found where it was, i set it to s-1 and ill try to see what happens now

wow, i didnt want that. going back to s3
