Overclocking temps...look good?

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (Venice)
DFI LanParty UT nF4 Ultra-D (BIOS 4/06)
1GB (2x512Mb) Geil Ultra Platinum PC 3200
ATI Radeon X800XL
2x 80GB WD Caviar SE (RAID 0)
Ultra X-Finity 500 Watt SLI w/ FlexForce

These are my basic specs. I recently started overclocking my 3200+ again, and I've reached 2.67Ghz (267x10) @ 1.525v. At load, it gets about 51 degrees C max. Is this ok? My nForce 4 Ultra chip reached 52 degrees C max at load, and the PWM IC got 51 degrees C max. Does this sound ok? My memory is currently at 190Mhz (380Mhz DDR), but I'm not overclocking RAM yet because one, I want to check what is the highest I can get my CPU first, then RAM, and two, they're in the orange slots, not the yellow ones (for CH-5) and I won't get a high overclock until I move to yellow.

Later on, I might get liquid cooling that also supports AM2 and LGA 775(for future updates).

I'm looking forward to responses from DFI users, or TPU! members who are familiar with them.

Nice temps, i get 53ºc under full load at 2650mhz, 939 watercooling cpu blocks, also support AM2 as long as the blocks is secured by the board, and not for the (black thing around the cpu where the cpu cooler fts)

Heh my temps aren't so great.
3800+ x2 o/c'd to 2.4ghz. load temp is 56C hot hot hot.

Don't any CPU Coolers (air or water) work with AM2 as long as they use the clips, not the screws that bolt down?

Dual Core puts out slightly more heat, but that's ok I guess.

What program did you use to monitor temps? Since I ignored my CPU fan in bios because it was giving me an error that the RPM's on the fan where to low (I am running the Thermaltake Blue OrbII.) So my cool n' quiet fan and Temp speed Program isn't working in windows since I have done that. I need a temprature monitor to watch my CPU @ Full load. Thxs in advance!

Hey, i've got a dfi board, and your temps just may be a bit high, what cooler are you using. I've got a 3500 venice that is currently at 2.55 at 1.55v and under full load i get about 48c on the stock amd cooler. My chipset and pwm also hover somewhere between the 35-45 range but never higher then that. All my cooling is stock except the vid card which is a vf900 cu zalman cooler.

that may not be nesessary, check airflow inside your case, i've got a very open case, and i'm using some zalman crap that came with my vid card cooler, and it works great.

not to mention, we have he exact same mainboard, and our process are very similar, mine being a venice 3500 yours a venice 3200, what are you using for a cpu cooler atm?

My idle temps. Computer been running all night and actually been running for about 5 days straight. It's now 26.4°c here.

Azn Tr14dZ, go with your tcasemax value. If it says 57°c, then do not exceed that value.
