ive been hearing a lot about pci express especially with the xpress 200 but does this mean there wont be no more AGP graphic cards made. and is it possible to get a pci express motherboard that supports a socket A amd 64 3200+ chip.

AGP ain't gonna be dissappearing anytime soon, if anything, manufacturer's are making agp/pci express boards now for both options of video cards. There'll probably be one for your cpu too, gotta have low end mobos too!

Hell, Newegg still sells PCI video cards (though the high-end ones are AGP/PCI-E only).
