I'm a little bit exited too, altough there's another title that has me a little bit more exited than halo 2, it stars with an "H" and ends with a "2" also ;)

Half Life 2 looks good, but I think because I actually completed the original Halo, I'm looking forward to that more.

I'm not really looking forward to the release of Halo 2..

I thought it was a well done but not an exceptional FPS. I have a loathe for the more recent consoles (XBox and PS2 especially, less so the GC), primarily because their control scheme got revamped yet again, so I believe it's mainly because I don't want to give Halo a chance. I would have much rather preferred all controllers be like PS1 or the N64. Goldeneye controls were the best FPS controls - why change them?

Anywho, I'm not all that interested in Halo 2. It will likely be a disappointment since it's become so overhyped that people won't be able to give reality a chance. See also - Tribes 2.

Goldeneye had a great control scheme... for one joystick. Dual joysticks really get you into the game. Xbox's controller S is much better than the DS2 IMO.
