I can measure them for you. I have two of these cards. what is the issue? Those are surface-mounted solid capacitors. If you have a damaged card, please post a picture of the damage and let me have a look.

Nono, no damage. I would like to create heatsink and put it on VRM from the above side of PCB. So very exact numbers would be appreciated. BUT I can measure it myself (by ruler:)), however if you are more skillful or have better tools, please do it:). I need all dimensions axes (x,y,z). AFAIK there are two sizes of capacitors.

Or ID of the capacitor would also do, I would then google its datasheet.

I put on some heatsinks, but these were too small (0,5cm wide), so only temperature decreased by 3-5 degrees. I want to make bigger ones, but these capacitors stay in my way..
