Yup!
The same
In his house but it's an old one not the exact model
(might even be a small one)...
He is a soldering expert too!
he teaches me sometimes:)

sicko!:D you would only need a few memory ICs, but i dont think Samsung/Hynix/Elpida/Quimonda deliver small batches... sadly!
anyways, now its upgrade time!
if you kill a part, the best to do, is usually to buy a better one:p

Thanks I'll try to RMA:toast:.
But can they replace it by another product such as a 5770?
That will get me future-proof for a while.

But as velvet mentioned before i'll try to uninstall the driver(using Driver sweeper)
And installing 10.8(another version):)

Sapphire cards, indeed, cards produced by any manufacturer, are equally prone to user error/insufficent prior research if and when you start fiddling.

If you are experiencing no problems with the onboard sound, I'd invest your money elsewhere.

No i just wanted a better sound experience for my home theater:roll:

no, they will give the same thing unless you ask nicely, but in my experiance Powercolour are pretty stingy and really dont give a fuck about the customers. if you return it to the Retailer (if possible) then the might allow you to upgrade.

FOR THE FUTURE: dont cheap out on parts if it saves you $40 now, it will ALWAYS cost you more later, i learned the hard way

You would even need exactly the same part number, any other chip, probably wouldnt work.
Also you would need the exact Hysteresis table from AMDs Reflux ovens, for both the removal, and the applying of new chips.

I dont want to ruin your dreams, but, i believe, both you, and your uncle, wont be able to repair that card (if your uncle is not an AMD SMD-Tech, or otherwise, highly experienced SMD-Reflowing Expert...which is most unlikely, tho possible;))

Besides that, 2x5570 in crossfire, would be probably as performant as a single 5770;)

np, glad to help

Oh yeah 1 more thing....
As I mentioned previously.
What creative sound card is better than a realtek HD onboard audio chip?
And will it make that much difference?

why don't you send a email to the manufacturer, and make some stupid excuse that your system crashed badly, i think they will send you a original bios

Guys this might be very weird; but when I completely removed the old driver 10.6 and installed 10.8...
It now overclocks safely to 760 Mhz!
ATI tool now gets 515 fps average instead of 450:)
Thanks guys.
Anyways i'll try looking for some ram heatsinks just to be safe.
Till i get my 5770.

instead of buing a new graphic card, buy a new mobo with 890GX chipset.
Y? Because you will crossfire your card 5570 with the 4300 it has :) (integrated)
This should be a good move by your side

Hey, sounds like you messed up the driver due to bios flashing, and improper reinstalling it!:)

looking at your specs, i would say, that anything beyond a 5770 will bottleneck your actual system... it may be time, to think about a whole new rig, or at least, a used or cheap lga775 quadcore;)

and: please stop to double post, or you may get hanged by an admin ;-)

new board and proc? why not? His Stuff is quite aged.:)
But, if he gets himself a quad then, it would be highly advisable to use the hybrid crossfire only temporary, because it will definetly create a new bottleneck. The HD4300 onboard has only 80 shaders...combined with one 5570 thats are 480 shaders... a little measly, compared to a single 5770 with 800, dont you think? (and i didnt started to talk about ROPs yet;))

Sorry but i'm not going to risk it with AMD processors( I just won't)
But I might stick with this card for a while till I get a better rig.
I can easily get a Quad core;)
The problem is that there won't be much money left for upgrading the PSU and the GPU:confused:
Anyways I can sell my PS3 just for that, seriously.:D

Yeah and that won't support dx11:mad:
It's a waste of money.....
I can't bring a high-end board for now(guys, i'm on an extremely low budget now:mad:)
Just brought the 5570 and a Subwoofer.
And in my country stuff here are expensive as hell.

don't worry next time i'll Multi-quote(i'm new to this forum stuff) :(

What do u mean by local brands?
we have major distributors all over the countries certified from AMD,Nvida, etc.
But we don't make anything locally:shadedshu; if that's what u mean.
