Well if they're not for sale in Egypt I can get them fairly cheap so getting one to you would cost it's normal price. Pays to shop around though ( google Alpenfóhn Heidi)
It does come with ram heat sinks ( a lot of them actually 14 I think) and as bo$$ said as long as you attach a fan you should be golden in terms of cooling : ]
it's not quite as big as a CPU cooler but could probably be used for one : ]

rotated the cpu cooler since then so airflow is vertical in my case.
That will give u alot of overclocking headroom.
Is that a 5670?
And some VGA-RAM Heatsinks.
That is some serious cooling
