if it's only blackops causing your headaches i wouldnt' worry, every game i own save for blackops plays fine, i thought my cards were oc'd too far and dropped them down and the game still crashed. I worked on it forever, and after extensive testing, found that it's the only game i own that crashes.. littereally sometimes 10 minutes in, sometimes 2 hours in.. and in crossfire my cards only load to about 45% each at 125fps with all settings maxxed...
