Possible problem with my system or GPU-Z bug? Weird values.

Hey I've been noticing lately that I've been getting unstable voltages and amperages recently. They can be seen in the attached screenshot of my GPU-Z. I don't know if it's a problem with my card/PSU or if it's a problem with how my GPU-Z is working.

Insight would be appreciated.

I've also been experiencing slight FPS drops whenever these weird VDDC/12V voltages/VDDC Current values have been occurring. These FPS drops are approximately 2-3 FPS. I'm not to savvy with the voltages and amperages of systems so I'm genuinely confused about what to do.

Do you have another application reading the GPU sensors at the same time?
