Possible to flash GTO2 bios from Windows?

I was reading the walkthrough for flashing this card on this site but the page pertaining to using windows to flash ATI cards was blank. Do I need to boot to dos, is that the only way? Thanks!

Yes, you need to boot to dos. You shouldn't do it from Windows.
