Maybe there are some guys out here who had to deal with homemade BT audio devices or is knowledgeable about electronics.

Preliminaries
I've been having some problems with my headphones lately, had to fix the audio wire several times over the past month. So, i have finally decided to modify it to a Bluetooth headset using a clone of BLK-MD-SPK-B module.
I am using an old Nokia BL-5C battery, which i took off my old cellphone to power up this contraption. According to documentation this module supports 3.3-4.2V input voltage, so it should work just fine with 3.7V bat.

Problem
Past the initial setup everything worked fine. Then, after I recharged the battery, my headset started to have a background noise (crackling). Overall it is not too bad, and you can barely notice it if music or a movie is playing, but when it's silent - it gets very bad.

Question
Does anyone know what may cause this problem and how to fix it?

P.S> Power source is connected directly to the board and i'm using no filters, because according to docs this chip already has everything, including 3.3V linear regulator built-in.
