Problem in Msi r5850

Hi all ,
i have problem with MSI R5850

i got like this squares sometimes in grid (Cars Game) and another games

and this too ..

My Video Card Result in MSI Kombustor

PLZ help me all . i can't play battlefield 3 with this problem

Msi R5850 1gb
Motherboard : intel dg41rq
Powersupply : 500W

Hey i think my problem solved when i put Core Clock 550 From 725 (725 its stock )
and memory clock 900 from 1000 (1000 its stock too) but with stock values my problem back

is my motherboard or powersupply not good ?
powersupply 500W gigabyte
