hi i have a sony mini disk recorder and whenever i try to send songs to it thru usb, i get the blue screen of death. this usually happens after maybe 6-8 songs. the weird thing is, when i transfer songs to my psp thru the same usb, acctually the same wire, i have no problems. any one have any ideas?

things you should try, another cable, use another usb port which isnt related to the same hub (your internal usb ports are grouped in to hubs),

lower usb speed in bios to v1.1
    activate usb legacy mode,

and if your using a port which is on a case or a front panel and connected by cables to mobo, use the ones directly on the motherboard,
