profiles in one of the next versions

i have a a graphic device with extended powerconsumption
ati 2900 pro
my idea saving money by using adjustment for voltages in atitool.
this works but not via hotkey and
it is not possible to connect it with
the uc/oc and fan profiles.
i want it to be like i describe in the
following but i dont know if it is going
to be impemented in one of the next
atitool versions.
but there are houndreds of people
who would say :
woohooo, finally

i press a hotkey one time

---> the card puts the clocks up
---> the card puts the fanrpm up
---> the card puts the voltages up (if wanted or needed)

i press another hotkey

---> the card puts the clocks down
---> the card puts the fanrpm down
---> the card puts the voltages down (if wanted or needed)

can u implement this plz ?
