So a few weeks ago, I started the drama of considering to run 2x MSI 6970 Lightning in crossfire mode but then decided well... If I'm going to spend so much on a graphics card why not go one step further? So I bought instead... A MSI GTX580 Lightning instead :D (Heard there's a GTX570/580 club here so I'll post up some pics soon)

But... Because I spent so much on a card (can't help it, the price dropped another $20 when I got to the shop yesterday :D), I didn't have spare change at that time, so I went and bought a SHAW-Viper 1500W from the nearby MSY.

This is when I made possibly a big mistake, after some research I found out that by using the generic POS brand, I'd probably not only blow up my PSU but also take down all my other PC parts, that's when I thought 'F**k wasted $53!'.

Any recommendations? I really can't afford to blow up my 1-day old card just because I bought some el-cheapo PSU because rumors that it doesn't supply as much as it says, thanks in advance.
