I'm looking for OEM Q9450 for $250 shipped USPS first class. Either that or a Q9300 for $195 shipped. Q6600 for $150. Xeon Equivalent X3320 and X3350 good too. I will be paying by Paypal funds/balance. Unlike paypal funded by Credit Card, it is free to personal Paypal account.
Everyone gets the idea that shipping to canada is very expensive. Actually, it really isn't. USPS First Class to Canada is even cheaper than shipping USPS priority in the States. I bought many items from the US off Ebay and asked the sellers to ship to me by USPS First Class International. It doesn't have tracking, but I never had a problem with it. All I ask is that the seller take a picture of the package and the receipt.
