It will work if you just want extra monitors, but you cannot put them in SLI.

Brand is irrelevant. You cannot put those two cards together to get more performance. You can use the extra card for PhysX, Folding@Home, BOINC, multiple monitors, a paperweight, and lots of other things. But you cannot put them together in SLI mode.

As far I as I know, CS6 anything uses only a single card. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I use Adobe CS6 suite with Photoshop, lightroom, etc.. at work and any single video works fine with it. I am currently trying to get work to buy me a 780 for the system I have because I have another video program that runs better with more horsepower. We currently have gt520 card installed.

A 660ti can only SLI with another 660ti. The 780 can only SLI with another 780

What he said, and you do not need 2 gpus for Adobe suites. Hell with PhotoShop you can get away with Intel integrated graphics.

no. As barbaricsoul said, only 2 of the same model of graphics card can work together.
