Hi forum. I have a question. I have a Gtx 680 Twin Frozr and i want to check only temps while gaming. The most important thing is that i dont want to change clocks of GPU ( even on mistake ? ). I am very sensitive about that things. I want only to see temperatures. I know that GPU-Z is a good program. But i want to be sure, that i am not risking to overheat or damage GPU using only GPU_Z? Thanks and i am waiting for advice.

you must turn off your computer immediately!!!

only joking, last time I checked gpuz is unable to change graphic card settings (like clocks/voltage) so you are safe. And if you don't want to overclock, make sure you don't have rivatuner, afterburner, trixx, gpu tweak, ntune etc installed.

So there is not any chance to OC ( for mistake ) from that program?

    you are safe with gpuz.

just make sure there isn't any other programs you may have installed by not knowing.

GPU-Z makes no changes to your GPU, it just reads from its sensors.
    d1nky says thanks.
