So I bought 2 Vanilla Palit GTX 260s 216SP recently, and pumped up the voltage to 1.12v so I can OC the crap out of it.

My question is like this: Say that one day a card went down, will I still be able to revert it back to the its BIOS?

    No.
If the card is "dead", you won't be able to access the bios....at all. I mean, that is what DEAD means..."Inoperative and non functional" (redundant, I know...)
