Questions about the Sapphire 6950 2 GB custom cooler

I have a few question about this video card. Is the Sapphire cooler better than the AMD stock cooler. Does this model have a bios switch? Should I go for the custom cooled one, or will the stock one be better?

I don't really have an opinion on this as the card is not yet long term but from my past experience I'll never buy a non reference GFX card again unless it's made by HIS or XFX...I presently have 2 non reference cards in my house and they are both turds...I have a Sapphire 4830 reference and a 6950 reference and they are both Fantastic But my non reference 2600 sucks ass and so does my non reference PowerColor AX4830
