Hi, in a good time i purchased the HD4850, when i installed it first i had windows XP and i checked UT3, and it worked 60FPS constant(Downtown\Downtown_Necris) maps, no lag, no issues even when lot of action occured.
Switched to Windows 7 Beta, and i get 29-45FPS on Deathmatch\Greed and the other gametypes, that confirms my theory that UT3 does have problem with this OS, how to solve it?
I also tried the "-onethread" command, didn't help much.

It's problem with game not drivers, plus many other people complain about the same shit.

I also own a 4850 and run Windows 7 as my only OS. I haven't had any problems though with UT3 and frame rates. I still get 60fps all day long, do you have all of the latest updates?

I'm using the 9.2 drivers right now, but I don't remember any problems on the 8.12 drivers or back when I ran Vista either.

I have latest drivers, AMD X2 5600 2.85GHZ and as i said, on XP it is 60 FPS constant, not on vista or 7.
My friend with Radeon HD2900XT suffers from same problem.

You guys have some strange problems, as I said I don't have any problems with Windows 7, my 4850, or UT3. Same goes for when I used Vista as my only operating system...they all worked perfectly.

I suspect there is something else going on with your setups.

Make sure your chipset drivers are up to date and any other drivers. Check in the Device Manager. Also, make sure Direct X is up to date.

I did, it's not first time and i'm not the only person with this, go to official UT3 forums, there are lot of people with setup stronger than mine that have same shit.
Oh and good to see u again erocker, thanx for help last time, as u see the Radeon HD4850 made his way to me, the new shrinked version!! :)
