ok i got a new video card on the way for the i7 meaning my amd rig is no longer on the on board. So both rigs are pretty much done except I still need to water cool my amd rig.

I also plan on getting one or two more cards for the i7 in the near future.

    Re rate both rigs anyone?

I find it hard to give something like that any less than 10.

Well not much has changed... I dremeled down the mounting tabs off an old northbirdge heatsink off a dead socket a board and superglued it onto my sound card. Of course I used thermal grease too, I don't think super glue is very conductive. The card with the heatsink can be seen in my avatar

Working on it.... need a job, then I can have something good! (Preferably modular)

I take cooling to the max; the 120mm fan in the back came with the case, the one on the NB is from a Socket A AMD CPU cooler, the fan at the front is a 92mm Dell CPU fan.
I need to find more cable ties so that I can get those cables under control!

haha i cant afford a 285 right now, i need a video card for my amd rig badly so yeah.

plus a 260 is a better card as far as benching at least than a single 4870. so still and upgrade for me :D
