8/10 because of the tiny 20" LCD and no SSD...
C2D E8400 still a very good and fast cpu. I was running an E8500 on this MB before changing to a quad. Loved that processor, it was screaming fast and a good OC'er.
Lost points for OS
If I could find a Q9550 for a fair price right now I would defiantly replace my old E8400 , it fast and all but it does show its age ,especially when you extract files or encode videos... but when it comes to gaming , even with its age it still does a great job
scaminatrix ,8.5/10 for your system , nice and balanced setup and that case looks amazing
I have no problems with Vista...runs just fine for me....
It's amazaing, Q9550's are selling for as much or more now than what I paid for it new.
Yup, E8400 + 6850 will play BF3 at respectable settings and nothing else matters
Tbh I must confess; I've never used Vista but I've had to fix it and heard of other masses of problems. I've also heard that with current Service Packs and Updates things seem to be better, but mud sticks and is hard to get rid of. Ignorance on my part really.

9.3/10 great computer, nice tv
Weuwz! thats some awesome laptop.. wannah trade for an f3sg?
me finally has a new GPU!
But Why the GTS450 ? ...
he got it free. had his first orgasm.
9.6/10 It is hard to get much better then what you have
9/10 , 6/10 For the laptop.
7/10, it's almost exactly the same as my mate's old build!
8/10 for a good system, could use a little more overlock on the cpu and a overclck on the gpu, unless you do not play games that need it.
overclocker: i give you a 9/10 for that laptop, its beefy but we both know you can buy faster... for three testicles.
hmmm... i need to put my laptop specs in here somewhere
A6-3400M APU - 1.4GHz @ 2.5GHz (quad, no turbo)
8GB DDR3 1333Mhz
640GB 5,400 RPM drive (Toshiba)
AMD 6520G APU 512MB (system ram) + AMD 6470 1GB DDR3 'AMD dual graphics'
15.6" 1366x768 screen
approx 4 hours battery life in 2D/media
nice laptop, beefy enough for light gaming and 1080p 10-bit video
just a pity about the dual graphics, they work in crossfire only in DX10/11
the onboard is more than enough for 90% of DX9 games...
so how's the performance?
