1- How can I craeate a Macro ? Synapse-->Macros-->+ key--> record (and click keys)-->???

2- Can I create a Macro to bind keys to change dpi step on the fly?

As an owner of the Razer Deathadder 2013 for it's true-zero-acceleration sensor. My Advice?

Buy a Logitech G502.

Synapse is infinitely infuriating.

That's pretty much it. Click + macro, click record, I recommend without delay, and then stop. You can then go to your button settings on the first tab, and change a mouse button to a pre-existing macro.
