Okay PHY Loopback should fail. That’s when you use the very rarely used crossover cable lo link 2 PCs via network port. It’s practically never used and definitely not something to worry about.
As for FIFO I wouldn't put any huge concern over it unless you are actually having some sort of specific networking issue with it

Hi, Thanks for your comment. I was more concerned about fifo buffer error as I was thinking that the buffer chip has screwed up somehow because lately I have been getting heavy stuttering in Online games. Also sometimes I had to disable/enable this card to get it work. Is it for these error? or every other LAN card will have the same error?

Realtek network cards usually have better drivers on Unix-like systems. You can always configure your windows system in dual boot setup with a Unix-like system and see if you have the same stuttering in online games in the other system or not.

In my opinion, these are the best Unix-like systems currently:
Nobara Project, Void Linux, Mint, EndeavourOS, MX Linux, NetBSD, Devuan, FreeBSD and Clear Linux
