recommend me the best $100~(us) AM2+ board

i need a board to replace my Gigabyte board. I can't spend much around $100(us) is about it. I will be running a 5kBE and OCZ Reapers 1066. I need atleast 1.4v CPU and 2.3v ram I want something that will run my BE at 3ghz 24/7 and can let me go higher to bench it if wanted.please give me newegg links and reviews.
SLI/Crossfire ISN'T needed i don't care if the chipset is Nvidia or AMD/ATI

It doesn't have the strongest name with it but alot of new technology with it and a good board to have if you upgrade to a Phenom, Biostar Tforce TA790GX: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138128.

That to me looked to be the only thing tasty to go with your 5kBE. About the only other boards would be 780G or Nvidia 8200's and the 790GX would easily kick some ass over those chipsets.

I had the boss check yesterday and we can not get the Biostar board from our distributor yet. Sorry P.O.S. (Love the name by the way!)

Anything from the Biostar Tforce line. The Tforce 550 was the best mobo out there when I was overclocking my X2 3600.
