1x280mm! Cold air intake from the front in push pull with the cold air coming from the rad through the cards and case.

Did you see my pictures in the 290/x thread?

Hi Buddy,

I went universal blocks because with a bit of luck I might be able to reuse them on the new ATI cards or Nvidia.

I had them on my 7950s before.

Temp wise my cards sit on about 40 degrees under load.

VRM temps hit about 55 under load. This is with typical gaming loads.

I agree that full cover water blocks will cool VRMs a lot better but there's nothing worse than a new card coming out and your block will not fit it.

What kit did you use to sick on all of those heatsinks? I had a bad experience trying exactly what you did. And I did it for the same reason - portability.
