today for sure it is not the free weekend... :) But I just updated RO2 and call me freak but it feels ubersweet now! Autodrive a tank works well now so you can shoot the camp while the tank moves (but it is more of an infantery game atm, lacking really good tank maps, apart from the new DLC one that I have not seen yet) I guess that tomorrow night it might start to become available for newcomers.

It is impossible for me to take advantage of the free weekend trial, has the patching made vast improvements? Have the problems been overcome? In short, should I buy this now that it has been overhauled?
