Well it seems the Grand Theft Auto series is coming under more fire due to the mod "Hot Coffee" which unlocks certain X-Rated minigames. The ESRB is trying to figure out if the mini-games are part of the actual mod files or if Rockstar Games left coding in the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas PC game for the X-Rated material and locked it out of the normal play of game. The ultimate purpose will be to see if Take-Two (publisher of the GTA series) violated ESRB regulations requiring "full disclosure of pertinent content"
