CACLS.... not CALCS :p

you have the C and L on the wrong sides.

also you seem to be missing the .DLL extention on those 2 RUNDLL files.

its also reccomended you use ICACLS not cacls... apparently its been updated, i dont know if the same code will work tho.

ICACLS "c:\windows\system32\rundll32.dll" /T /G Everyone:F

Throws:

Invalid parameter "/G"

and

Invalid parameter "Everyone:F"

Make sure to use an adminstrative command prompt.

Try this: ICACLS "c:\windows\system32\rundll32.dll" /T /grant Everyone:F or ICACLS c:\windows\system32\rundll32.dll /T /grant Everyone:F
Can't remember if it is with, or without, quotes.

But, why do all this... try FileAssassin by Malwarebytes, if you are trying to delete the files, but be careful, if you delete the Rundll32.dll files your OS may take a cr*p on you.

Just some info.

Here are some more unlocking tools, in case you ever wish to try 'em/need 'em.

IObit Unlocker (beta)(new beta)
Quote from their site: "It releases the file or folder from being occupied by programs and allows you to quickly remove or modify the file or folder."

Unlocker

EMCO MoveOnBoot

Quote from their site: "A free tool for handling files and folders, locked by Windows, system services or other applications. Using it, you can rename, move or delete any locked file or folder at the next system restart. EMCO MoveOnBoot integrates with standard Windows mechanism for locked resources management, so using very simple visual interface you can select locked resources and define operations that should be performed with them by Windows kernel at the next PC restart."

EMCO UnLock IT

Quote from their site: "A neat free utility that helps you to unlock files and folders. It allows you to take a control on resources locked by a system, applications and services. For a locked resource the application detects a list of locking processes and allows to unlock the resource by closing file and library handles or terminating locking processes. The application offers Windows Explorer integration that makes possible folders and files unlocking by just a single click in the context menu."
