Five cent coin would be nickel. They are silver in color, not bronze. That picture looks like it is from one of the US mints most likely pressing pennies which are one cent coins.

The only way they could get that many nickels is directly from a mint and I'm sure the mint would refuse. So yeah, completely unbelievable.
