why would the 3yr warranty be lost? and why crap on the price? I see nflesher post stuff for 5-10 dollars less than newegg's price for used stuff and i don't see anyone complaining in his threads. this is 20 bucks cheaper...

because you usually need proof of purchase and thus need to buy from an authorized reseller

the price is fine, you've priced it with free shipping and at the same price you get on NewEgg (AFTER THE REBATE) so its great

well shit i'll give you guys the receipt, i actually have them on ebay, one as a buy it now and one as an auction. The auction one has already gotten a bunch of bids, so i can include the bestbuy receipt with the other one if i sell it on here.

sorry about no picture, i don't have a camera. but i have heatware... so i guess you'll just have to trust me.
