SanDisk introduced its new flash storage line which has named the Ducati line after the Italian superbike maker indicating that its new line is super-fast. SanDisk released an 8GB CompactFlash with a data transfer of 50MB per second and 4GB SDHC cards with a data transfer of 20MB per second. The SD card and USB drive will ship only in 4GB models for $130 and $125 respectively, while the range-topping CompactFlash cards will ship in 4GB ($165) and 8GB ($315) versions and all that until the end of this August.

I quite like how the USB drive plastic bits look like the tank and rear ends of the 749 and 999
