Sapphire 4870 512MB ddr5 BSOD Water Cooling

    I've found some reference here and elsewhere, that there is a bios to fix this.

    The card worked fine until I decided to water cool it. The issue is basically if the stock fan isn't installed I get a BSOD when the driver gets into windows. (vista 64 ultimate)

    My temps are great 29c-37c for the 3 sensors.

    Any pointers in the right direction. :banghead:

    There is a workaround for this but I just can't remember it right now. You may have to mod the original bios or something?
