It appears you would have to do what would be considered advanced tinkering with only hopes of it resolving.

And it you're not confident in doing so it's going top be nerve racking.

RMA it as it is genuinely faulty from the time you bought it.

Ok, I'm trying to send it back to the retailer not Sapphire, we'll see what happens. I live in France, I hope it won't cost me 25/45 € to return the card...

I live in Belgium, which has similar laws involving returned products under warranty. You simply return the card to the shop where you bought it and all cost of eventual shipment fall under the warranty.
Normally, you even should get a brandnew card immediately at the shop...

Yes bro you need to flash your graphic card

before few days I have graphic card but the fan working less than 20%

so I flashing my graphic card by RBE v128

1- Run ATI RBE program

2- load BIOS

3- Go to Fan Sittings

4- put the value . For example as me I do this : T min (c) = 10 Duty Cycle min (%) = 40

5- Analyze

6- Flash BIOS

After this it came a message tell you that you need to restore PC

Note : that value 10 + 40 = may 58% of fan speed

So just make Duty Cycle min about 35 or as your graphic card need .

I hope that is useful

Good-luck bro

This could indeed be a solution to my problems, however Bios related stuff nullifies the warranty. So I'm just going to play safe and return it ^^

Sound, prudent choice.

Post back and let everyone know the outcome.
