Motherboard MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum
Cooling stock
Memory Kingston HyperX KHX3200AK2/1G 2x512

Storage maxtor 250GB+40gb
Display(s) LG LCD FLATRON l1715s 17"
Power Supply ultra x-connect 500w
This is my first time overclocking/flashing anything, so any feedback will be great! I recently installed and and flashed my GTO2 to 16 pipelines and overclocked it using ATItool. My speeds are CORE: 540/MEM: 589.5. Now my question is about my temps according to ATItool I am getting, GPU 42c idle/~60c load (ie playing DOOM3). My fan control is set to dynamic, based on gpu temp. Are these at acceptable levels? Should I try and push the memory more?

P.S.
I am only using stock heatsink & fan

60°C at high load is OK for GPU. You can go higher. Max stable temperature is around 70°C for R480 GPUs.
