SPs are wrong

If you go on sapphires official webpage it says 1536SPs it and from other sapphire cards I do believe that this one will have a reasonable base voltage unlike the TUL (1.29v) cards so the power consumption will be between the 7950 and 7870 like it should be.
My GPU-z reported that my 7970 only drew 170-180w running furmark
