Some games just shutdown and shows black screen, it's pretty much random. System is on stock 45nm Intel CPU so it's plenty of power and on 4670 i have added Revoltec 9.2cm that cools down pretty much all heat problems.

Let say if i do Heaven in OpenGL or in DX10 it will shows that black screen somewhere in the middle, or 3DMark Vantage in Performance, but it runs at entry level and 3Dmark06 it's also OK.

So do i need to run it as medium that will pretty much fix the problem but GPU on 4670 is fast to do on high?

Do i need to do higher volts on GPU over BIOS or something?

Have you used any programs to see what your GPU and CPU temperatures are?

Like i said system is cool, GPU was 80c before i added Revoltec 9.2cm so now is at max this: (all burn in)

Well, it shouldn't be a voltage issue if everything is stock. First try running some stability tests that don't involve your GPU. If your GPU is running Furmark without issue, I doubt it's yoru GPU that's the culprit. If your power supply is old, it could be on its way out.

PSU is one year old and stock that came with case 420W, and this GPU HD4670 don't use any power cable so, must the GPU it self a bit problematic...i use 45nm stock CPU so it still plenty of power. Some say that is problem with resolution switching, i will try to use DVI converter on VGA. "this don't anything but it may protect VGA port from melting it, some users did get this problem"

Well, i have downclock it to 693Mhz that seems to fix it, i have noticed some tearing now in Heaven Unigine here and there, i had 4870 before with same problem, i don't know did ATI just slip some bad GPUs out or this is common issue with Radeon series 4.

I say donwclock it and make proper cooling solution, that will make black screening go away and thanks to techPowerUp! for supplying proper tools, bios editor, GPUZ, Winflash and so on...to make this fix permanent.
