I've had the card for about 8 months and ever since I got it, I couldn't overclock it, even a few MHZ or it would constantly crash. I've upgraded to Windows 7 x64 and I can't play Dragon Age: Origins for 5 minutes without it crashing and re-imaging my game. It's not overclocked at all now, though.

Hi,

I think your crashing is not related to previous overclocking.
It could be an issue with Win7 x64.

Do a standard "update everything" regime...
- Check whether there's new BIOS for your mobo.
- Install latest catalyst (currently 9.12)

If nothing helps, you could try underclocking your card.
If that helps, that would mean that it is either:
- damaged from previous overclock
- not sufficiently cooled (dust build up perhaps ?)

Cheers
