Welcome, Dear Forum Members
I would like to contact you to buy an IT device, which in our case is a video card, and unfortunately the product has failed. Of course, we sent it back to the store where we bought it. After 2 weeks, they sent a report by email, where they are sure that there is no mechanical damage to the video card, but it is faulty and will be returned to the manufacturer, and then, unfortunately, the black soup follows, because after another 2 weeks, an email was received that the product in question has mechanical damage . Which is in a place where they should have seen it in the purchased. I am attaching a picture of what the manufacturer is referring to, which the Dealer had not seen before, and the product was inspected based on the protocol. I apologize for bothering you with this, I just want to clarify whether the procedure is legitimate and, importantly, I don't want to make anyone suspicious of anything. Thank you very much in advance for your hard work.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
Sincerely, Pál Jancsik
