SATA II - IDE EMU or ACHI?

    "Native Command Queuing" and "Safely remove HDD" features are the main two to my knowledge.
    The first one is a performance feature and the second one a convenience feature.

    Edit: Also I cant install WinXP if I set the Sata-Controller to AHCI or RAID-mode in my Bios without having to first load the AHCI or RAID driver from a floppy disk that came with my mobo.
