yes, but how?
The same way you flashed the GPU in the first place. The difference is that with the iGPU primary, the other GPU will become second, so you need to flash the second GPU device to flash it back.

Since I know better than to flash my GPUs BIOS', @Law-II might be a better source of information for getting out of this mess. He tends to be our resident expert on the matter.

You say that like it always ends badly.... :p

It only USUALLY ends badly, mostly due to lack of research beforehand.

I flashed my bios because my gpu's fan speed was about 3500 rpm. I tried using Afterburner etc... with no effect
I flashed the bios by ATI WintoFlash.

My R7 260X is not currently installed on my PC. Do you guys know how to flash it using USB?

Can't do it unless you have a EEPROM flashing setup which most people don't have. It needs to be installed in the PC when you flash it back.

This, but if the GPU is still detected, it probably can be saved if it hasn't irreparably damaged any components.

I flashed back the BIOS and it screen is now displaying the colors well.
I flashed it by setting my gpu to igp instead of Auto and flashed the BIOS on windows. However the problem which I was compelled to flash the bios is still persisting. See it here
