I have got 2 Seagate Momentus XT (500 GB) drives.

They a hybrids (4 GB NAND flash built in) and 32 MB cache and SATA 6Gb/s interface.

They are very very fast, faster than my old 300 GB Velocirator infact......

But......my question is - would I gain anything with them in RAID 0 vs. my now single AHCI?

I cant figure out if the drives can use the advantage of 2 x 32 MB cache and the 2 x 4 GB NAND in RAID mode ......

    Anyone have an idea??
