Seasonic 460W

Seasonic SS-460FL Active PFC F3, 460W Fanless ATX1...

Currently I am running an i7-4770K, GTX670 2GB, 2 SSD, 1 HDD, DVDRW, 16GB DDR3, 2 case fans, a corsair liquid cooler with 1 fan.

Could that PSU handle it? Could it also handle nvidia GTX780 or the new AMD R9 290X?

I wouldn't do it personally. No fan, 38Amp only.

You think that my system is too much for 460W? i like it because it's fanless, Seasonic, 80+ Platinum, small, modular, and black.

Your system requires 600 watts MINIMUM, according to the Asus power supply calculator http://support.asus.com/powersupply.aspx
Some would call this a high estimate, citing high-end gaming systems running on 500w for years, and I'm sure they did. But Asus (and I) like some headroom, to take into account such things as overclocking, future drive and card additions, and capacitor aging. My system is similar to yours, but calculated to 850w, because I have 8 drives and 10 fans (incl. H100 push/pull).
I tend to trust their PSU calculator, because it agrees with what my own experience has taught me, and because a bit of headroom will let the PSU run more in the mid-ranges where it's more efficient (and quiet!). I will never build a gaming system with less than 600w.

those calculators are usually total and utter crap, and very inaccurate. run your system through one of them, and then go measure your PC at the wall (account for efficiency too) and see if the numbers even remotely add up.

personally i say it would run your system fine, but i dont like the idea of a fanless PSU running near its load capacity. eventually the heat would build up.

Looks fine, if you are not over clocking the 4770k I think you will just be about snuck in 780 as long as you don't stress the system. At worst case the PSU will shut down because of high load, and you know it's time to get a new one.

It is powerful enough, it's made for running passive, and it's Platinum certified, so it won't procude much waste heat.. The PSU recommendations from GPU makers are for crappy PSU:s so they will run the cards too, a good quality PSU with lesser wattage is actually better than a low-quality PSU with high wattage.
