I've been looking for this bios for several days with no luck. I even looked in the Video BIOS Collection page but they only had the one with zero therm cooling fan. So I really appreciate if any one can dump their bios for me. thank you
There're two versions of the 1G PCS series
one with zero therm cooling fan (copper like color or real copper)
Engine Clock - 665MHz
Memory Clock - 950Mhz x2
the other with L2 arctic cooling fan (black plastic) - this is the one I need
Engine Clock - 625MHz

I even tried to flash my 1G card with the zero therm cooling fan bios but I got a lot of some kind of messed up line on screen during windows boot up.
