Under Voltages, all is normal but -12V shows 6.07v and +VBAT shows 0.00V are these readings OK or do they indicate a problem?

Well it indicates a problem in the software that reads those voltages.

motherboard sensors are a joke and always have been, for voltages.

Software reads these crappy sensors and gives out stupid readings - ignore them. The only way to get a voltage reading you can trust is by hooking up a voltmeter yourself.
