So I looked though here and I havent seen a actual guide for installing a SSD. Is it as simple as plugging it in and running my windows disk(windows7 ultimate 64bit)? I know I have to disable defrag for the SSD, is there anything else specail I have to do? The SSD I have is a OCZ Agility Series OCZSSD2-1AGT60G 2.5" 60GB

newegg link for exact SSD- OCZ Agility Series OCZSSD2-1AGT60G 2.5" 60GB SATA ...

It's going into the computer in my system specs

Yes, it is that simple. Windows 7 should automatically disable defrag when it recognizes the SSD. You don't really need to do anything else.

You should disable all of the indexing services and move your page file to an HDD. OCZ recommends doing so to extend the life of your SSD.

Here's a big list of threads for setting up your SSD on the OCZ forums.

I don't know if it's all needed, but hey I did all this stuff and it can't hurt to be cautious.
