What exactly are the symptoms of a failing PSU?

    What about from overclocks?

    Example, CPU is at stock.
Overclocking RAM to 2133MHz (7-11-8-27, 1.65V) and after a day of running smoothly, computer just shuts off, restarts and within 20-30 seconds after windows loaded up, crashed again. No BSOD, just powers off and restarts. Memory has been tested twice with Memtest86.
I had the same issue when overclocking CPU and keeping RAM stock, when using auto VRM. But when I up'ed the VRM to 450, ended up getting BSOD on crashes when stressing the CPU, which sounds more normal.

I get Kernel-Power (Event ID: 41) in my Event Log, so don't know if that is a sign or has any involvement.
